Playdate with Derek

While Melanie spent the afternoon with Jamie, Mikayla (8 and 1/2 months) got to have a play date with Derek (6 months). They get along really well. Mostly they just sit, drool, watch Baby Einstein and stare at each other, then occasionally Mikayla pulls a toy away from Derek. I think he did reach in for a kiss at one point. He's such a lover! I also noticed his hand on her thigh...shhhh don't tell Jon!

Weekend in Show Low

We spent the 4th of July in Show Low. Great weather, much cooler than in Phoenix. Even had some light rain and cloud cover, perfect for the arts and crafts fair we went to.
